At Catering To Dine For, our spit roast menus are a crowd favourite, from the timeless classics of beef and pork to tender lamb and juicy chicken. Our meats are slow-cooked in the oven for over 8 hours to ensure that every bite is bursting with flavour and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.


To complete your dining experience, we offer an array of salads and hot vegetables that pair perfectly with your choice of spit roast. From fresh, crisp salads to hearty, comforting vegetables, our sides are designed to suit every palate. Whether you're after something light and refreshing or a more indulgent option, we have it all!

Basic Spit Roast 

A budget spit roast package that is a great base to build an event to be remembered! This package includes:

  • Baker's Basket:

    Freshly baked dinner rolls


    Gluten Free dinner roll for extra  $1.00 each

  • Choice of 2 Roast Meats:

    (Guests receive both meats)


    • Tender Roast Beef with piping hot gravy
    • Juicy Roast Pork with apple sauce and crackling
    • Tender Roast Chicken with gravy

  • Choice of 3 Salads:

    Garden / Caesar / Greek / Crunchy Coleslaw / Creamy Potato / Tropical Rice / Pasta / Chinese Crunchy Salad

Perfect for any gathering, our spit roast is a true culinary highlight for any event. Choose between our succulent Lamb on Spit or the traditional Pig on Spit to delight your guests with a mouthwatering feast.

    To present your menu, we recommend utilising our professionally trained personnel who can attend your function and serve your finger food, allowing you to enjoy the celebration.


    Cost for server: $160 (Monday to Friday)

    Cost for assistant: $140 (Monday to Friday)

    Carve & Deliver: Starting from $100*


    *Terms and conditions apply. One server is required for every 500 portions. All prices include GST. A surcharge applies for public holidays.
